Sanctuary: a sacred or holy place; a place of refuge.

As we prayed and thought about what to call this operation, the word Sanctuary kept coming to our minds. In the Bible, The Sanctuary was a place that was devoted to God and a place where His presence was regularly encountered. In a natural sense, a sanctuary is often times known as a place of refuge, safety and freedom.

And this is essentially what we believe God wants us to create; 

A  place of safety, refuge and freedom that is devoted to God and His purposes. A place where His presence is regularly encountered and lives are changed.

Sanctuary Farms is not a church, it’s a farm. And the purpose of this farm is to help people come to know God in a real and tangible way through experiencing His wisdom, power and goodness. His wisdom in the way that we run the operation. His power to work miracles in life-transforming ways. His goodness in helping and being a blessing to those around us.
